Zensys' Technical Service website is a on-line resource designed to give all Z-Wave Developers access to the latest Z-Wave documentation.
How to get access?
Having purchased a Z-Wave Developers Kit and accepted the Developer's Kit Agreement, you are entitled to your own user account on Zensys' Technical Service website. We strive to get the information about new Z-Wave Partners from our distributors as quickly as possible, so you will probably already have been created as a user of the website with your e-mail address as Username. Please log in the first time by using the "Lost your Password?"
If your e-mail address is not accepted as a valid username you will get a "Sorry, no corresponding information found" reply. In that case, please contact us on support@zen-sys.com in order to set-up your account details immediately.
Not yet a Z-Wave Developer?
If you have not yet purchased a Z-Wave Developer's Kit, you can still get a feel for how it would be to start your own Z-Wave project by reading the below introductory documents or through an introduction to the technology by attending a Z-Wave Basic Training event which are held in the Asia, Europe and United States regions.
Please contact our Sales Team or one of our Distributors if you would like further information about the pricing and terms of a Z-Wave Developer's Kit.
General introduction to Z-Wave
For a brief introduction of how to set up the Z-Wave enabled nodes supplied with this Developer's Kit, we recommend you start by reading the document Getting Started with the Z-Wave Developer's Kit.
In addition, we suggest you read the document Z-Wave Node Type Overview and Network Installation Guide. This provides a basic understanding of how devices communicate with each other in a Z-Wave network.
